This  cast iron burner door performs two functions: one, when heating the burner, the heat that is produced passes through the opening and heats the oven and another, it facilitates the removal of the red-hot embers to lower the temperature of the oven and later, take advantage of them, if necessary, to upload it again.

Thanks to patented anti-smoke system (patent U201030292) both of the small oven door and the burner door 90% of the smoke is prevented from escaping, while, at the same time, combustion management and interior temperature are improved. Because thanks to the small lower doors, which must be left ajar, the fire is kept burning without having to leave the main door open. In this way, the cold air enters and when it heats up, it forces the smoke to go out through the chimney, heating the oven more quickly at the same time.

In addition, all cast iron doors has a smoke visor (patent U201900436) that prevents the smoke that may come out when opening the door from dirtying the bricks in the mouth of the furnace black.
