This very robust and secure cast iron oven door is a beautiful replica of an authentic 17th-century door that will give a unique and original style to your establishment, whether it is a restaurant, grill, pizzeria or bakery, or if you are a private history lover.
This guillotine door features a 10mm thick cast iron leaf and a wooden handle for raising and lowering the guillotine leaf.
IMPORTANT : These oven doors are handcrafted using traditional casting techniques . After demolding, any burrs are removed, and the door is manually fitted to the frame. Each cast iron door is unique. The final finish is characteristic of a handcrafted manufacturing process, with imperfections that contribute to its rustic and natural character.
The cast iron wood-fired oven door with guillotine, inspired by the beautiful style of the 17th century, offers easy and convenient handling thanks to its secure opening system.
This guillotine system is composed of a large lever that allows any opening to be achieved, remaining securely fixed in that position. PATENTED. Once the arm is completely lowered, there is no loss of heat.
