The pyrometer for wood-fired ovens has an 80 mm diameter sphere and a temperature range of 0° to 500°. Inside the sphere, there is a red warning zone, as although it can reach 500 degrees, it should not remain at that temperature continuously.
With sheath to easily fix and adjust to the wood oven door.
This oven door pyrometer is available in 2 sizes:
- Short - 5 cm.
- Medium - 20 cm.
