Earthenware steak plate with a round shape, special to keep food warm.

Resistant to direct fire, gas, firewood, charcoal, glass-ceramic, etc.
- 1) Keeps meat warm while eating: put the dish in the oven until the meat is ready, at which point the dish is removed from the oven (with caution, as it reaches a high temperature) to place the freshly cooked meat on it. The food arrives at the end of the dinner without cooling and with all its flavor.
- 2) As an iron: the dish is placed over a direct fire (gas, wood, ceramic hob or charcoal) and cooked on the dish itself, with the convenient and rustic possibility of presenting it directly on the table.
