Description
Oval-shaped plate, special for keeping food warm. Resistant to direct fire, gas, wood, ceramic hobs, etc. Small: 29-30 cm – Medium: 31-32 cm – Large: 39-40 cm.
. This plate has a double use:
- 1) it keeps the meat warm while it is being consumed: the dish is put in the oven until the meat is ready, at which point the dish is removed from the oven (with caution, as it reaches a high temperature) to place the freshly cooked meat about it. The food arrives at the end of the dinner without cooling and with all its flavor.
- 2) as a griddle: the dish is placed over a direct fire (gas, wood, ceramic hob or charcoal) and cooked on the dish itself, with the convenient and rustic possibility of presenting it directly on the table. We can make them as requested, and like all our products, they are made entirely by hand.
