The shot cut is an element used for the construction of the wood oven that allows the passage of smoke and heat while for practical reasons we can close it in order to reserve the heat inside the oven.
This shot cut is made in stainless steel and has a diameter of 12 cm.
As complementary elements to the draft cut we have the 12 cm refractory concrete fireplace that couples to the product and stainless steel tubes of 12 cm diameter that extend the smoke outlet to the outside and its corresponding hood or deflector of the same measurements.
The product incorporates a regulating key with a wooden handle that rotates the disk/knob. The disc/knob does not close hermetically for safety reasons, leaving a small exhaust slit for the smoke outlet in the event that the draft cut-out is left closed by mistake.
Among its usual uses are the wood stoves and ovens, chimneys and ventilation.
