The Tajine is a type of casserole typical from the Magreb countries. Made of clay and glazed. It is convenient to "cure" the casserole before the first use, as in any other clay casserole.
Base honey colour, and lid in red colour.
Ideal for cous-cous or for any other type of stew, ragout, either with meat, fish, vegetables, beans, and even rice.
Sizes available: 17cm, 20cm, 25cm. 30cm y 35cm
It is meant for very slow cooking.
